1. How does the custom illustration process work?
Once you place your order, you will receive a questionnaire to share your details and photos. I will then create a first draft within1 weekfor your review. Your order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Once you approve the design, please allow 1 additional week for final creation and delivery.

What is the difference between a Digital Version and a Printed Version?
- Digital Version: You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready file via email. Perfect if you want to print it yourself locally or use it digitally.
- Printed Version: You receive a premium physical art print delivered straight to your door.

Are frames included with the prints?
Frames are only included if you specifically select a framing option (Natural Wood, Dark Wood, or Matte Black) with a physical print. If you select the "Digital or Print Only Version", no physical frame or print will be shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For standard art prints, delivery takes 3–5 business days. For custom illustrations, please add our 2-week production lead time to this shipping estimate.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer nationwide shipping throughout Mexico for all our physical prints. Worldwide shipping for physical items is coming soon! For international orders, our custom illustrations are currently available exclusively as digital files, delivered straight to your inbox anywhere in the world.

How are the prints packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging. Unframed prints are carefully rolled in protective paper and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes. Framed prints are securely packed with protective corners and bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, and secure local payment methods available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because custom illustrations and made-to-order prints are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if your print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will gladly send a replacement.

How do I request a return for a non-custom item?
Our return process is managed entirely online. Please contact us at mira.ilustracion@gmail.com to receive the return instructions and the authorized return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
